 The MAC has an open and expansive Cardio Area that houses a full line of Matrix Consoled Performance Cardio Equipment along with many more options including a viewing balcony. There is also a separate large Strength Training Area containing an array of Sectorized, Free Weight, and Plate Loaded Equipment complete with Power Racks, Bumper Plates and HIIT accessories. Located across the parking lot, our outdoor Fitness Park is home to a walking/running trail and workout pavilion.

This Pilates & core fusion class teaches you to initiate movement from your powerhouse, a term used for the musculature in the lower abdominals, low back, glutes and inner thighs. The result? A longer, stronger, more balanced body!

Indoor group cycle has something for everyone! Our cycle class is designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Come get a great mix of strength and endurance from heart pounding jumps to the epic climb.

Barre Class is a High-Energy class that will help sculpt a strong, lean body. This class mixes cardio and ballet-barre movements for an upbeat workout with amazing results.

Bootcamp is an interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity.

Flexibility and Balance Class will help improve your range of motion while improving balance.

Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably.

Step Aerobics is an up-tempo way to get your heart pumping and stay fit. Doing this choreographed cardio workout as part of a group exercise class can help build motivation and create a sense of community.

Shallow and Deep-water classes will use flotation belts and styrofoam barbells to perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, abdominal work and toning exercises. These classes are designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone.
Low Impact is an aerobics class that incorporates floor exercises with some toning exercises and stretches.
Yoga Flow is a style of yoga asana in which the practitioner moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment.

Yoga Sculpt is a combination of power yoga and strength training programmed to create a full-body workout. We combine traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training through the use of hand weights/dumbbells and mixed cardio. Come ready to feel the burn and feel leaving stronger than ever!

Saturday Yoga will restore and energize your body. Each class offers a combination of poses that will connect your breath with the body. Class will either be in the studio or outdoors depending on instructor and weather. 60-minute class.
