Water Aerobics

Description Water Aerobics is a fun effective way to get the lunges, heart & joints moving to the music. With the resistance of water and effect of buoyancy we will create appropriate overload to improve muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory challenge. If in shallow water...water shoes are recommended. 45 minutes.
