Tabata Training

Description

Tabata-Tabata class is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consist of eight round of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10 seconds-off interval. There will be time to take rest in between sets.  This class can be modified to make the workout work for you.
