The MAC has an array of Group Exercise Classes located in 3 Studios and is home to the World Class Les Mills Group Exercise Classes including Body Pump, Body Attack, CXWorx, and Les Mills Virtual!

The Main Studio showcases the Les Mills Classes along with many other Group Exercise Options like Tabata, Pilates, and Abs. The Cycle Studio offers challenging Spinning Classes which allow you to control the intensity. The Mind/Body Studio offers a variety of Yoga Classes including Aerial. All 3 Studios offer Les Mills Virtual which you can enjoy on your own schedule and pace. The MAC Group Exercise Program offers seasonal Classes as well like Water Aerobics which is taught in the Swimming Pool. We also have periodic Outdoor Classes like Les Mills Body Pump, Spin, and Virtual.

This class is a calorie kicker. If you like cardio then join us in this kickboxing style cardiovascular training. There will be combinations of punching and kicking. Your mind and body will be focused leaving you feel like you had a stress release.
This class concentrates on abdominal muscles, with innovative core and back care exercises.
This class concentrates on abdominal muscles and gluteus maximus muscles. Butts & Guts focuses on movements that strengthen, shape, tone and build the glutes and abdominal wall. We use body weights, weights, benches and bands to achieve a deep burn.
Tabata class is a high-intensity interval training(HIIT). It consist of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20- seconds on, 10 seconds-off interval. There will be time to take a rest in between sets. If you are looking for that fitness challenge…see you in class. Don’t worry this class can be modified to make the workout work for you.
This class will focus on stretching the muscles in the body and practicing balancing. Hand weights, chair, and strap will be utilized in this fun 30 minute class.
Combination of traditional floor aerobics, step and muscle toning at an entry level.
Pilates is a series of controlled movements designed to enhance strength, flexibility, control, balance and fluid of movement. The emphasis is on conditioning the center core of your body. Beginner level.
Pilates teaches you to initiate movement from your powerhouse, a term used for the musculature in the lower abdominals, low back, glutes and inner thighs. The result? A longer, stronger, more balanced body! Intermediate/Advanced level.
