Located across the parking lot, our outdoor Fitness Park is home to a walking/running trail and workout pavilion. The MAC has an open and expansive Cardio Area that houses a full line of Matrix Consoled Performance Cardio Equipment along with many more options including a viewing balcony. There is also a separate large Strength Training Area containing an array of Sectorized, Free Weight, and Plate Loaded Equipment complete with Power Racks, Bumper Plates and HIIT accessories.


The MAC has an array of Group Exercise Classes located in 3 Studios and is home to the World Class Les Mills Group Exercise Classes including Body Pump, Body Attack, CXWorx, and Les Mills Virtual!

The Main Studio showcases the Les Mills Classes along with many other Group Exercise Options like Tabata, Pilates, and Abs. The Cycle Studio offers challenging Spinning Classes which allow you to control the intensity. The Mind/Body Studio offers a variety of Yoga Classes including Aerial. All 3 Studios offer Les Mills Virtual which you can enjoy on your own schedule and pace. The MAC Group Exercise Program offers seasonal Classes as well like Water Aerobics which is taught in the Swimming Pool. We also have periodic Outdoor Classes like Les Mills Body Pump, Spin, and Virtual.

Pilates teaches you to initiate movement from your powerhouse, a term used for the musculature in the lower abdominals, low back, glutes and inner thighs. The result? A longer, stronger, more balanced body! Intermediate/Advanced level.

Core is a 15-minute class designed to build a powerful core. You will target abs, obliques, and glutes to help improve posture, balance, and stability.

Yoga Barre Fusion is a class described best by the word fusion. Combining the contraction stretching of yoga with the isometric strength training of Barre, this class has it all in one 60-minute session. 

Indoor group cycle designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Bring your cycling shoes, clips available for mountain or road shoes. (Cycle I – 30min., Cycle II – 45min., Cycle III – 60min.)

Jump right into our aqua classes and build cardiovascular fitness and strength. Just like swimming, our water aerobics classes are easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness.

Barre Class is a High-Energy class that will help sculpt a strong, lean body. This class mixes cardio and ballet-barre movements for an upbeat workout with amazing results. 

Bootcamp is an interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity.

Flexibility and Balance Class will help improve your range of motion while improving balance. 

Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably.

Step Aerobics is an up-tempo way to get your heart pumping and stay fit. Doing this choreographed cardio workout as part of a group exercise class can help build motivation and create a sense of community.
